Carlie Bigelow MACP, RP(Qualifying) My name is Carlie and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

I know from personal and professional experience how stressful it can be to feel a difference between where you are and where you want to be. I am committed to providing a safe space for persons of all identities as well as relationships in all forms to work with you towards your goals. As a professional musician I have life experience in dealing with imposter syndrome as well as performance and professional anxiety. I identify as a queer woman, and love working with people and relationships who identify with the 2SLGBTQ+ community. I aim to help individuals and relationships navigate change, to strengthen the understanding people have on their thoughts and feelings, and to provide tools to heal and help develop life-long coping strategies.
